What should I do if my child or their adult swim companion has a known medical condition?

Upon registration you will be asked to complete an enrolment form that asks you to disclose any known medical condition for your child or their adult swim companion.

Your teacher needs to know if there is a change in status of this medical condition while enrolled on a LTSC course. If your child has a medical condition, please consult with a doctor before commencing a swim session/course.
